Harper underwent surgery in May
Philadelphia Phillies slugger Bryce Harper is set to be activated Tuesday after his surgically repaired elbow was cleared by Dr. Neal ElAttrache on Monday, according to CBS Sports' Jim Bowden.
Harper was diagnosed with a partially torn UCL in his throwing arm in May and underwent surgery to repair the ligament.
The 29-year-old outfielder has been on the injured list since May 25.
Harper is a two-time MVP and a six-time All-Star.
